Sr. Project Manager Summary
On behalf of our client Procom Services is searching for a Sr. Project Manager to support multiple projects. Projects include the both current projects and new projects and range from $500K to $8MM in budget. Banking experience is preferred but not mandatory.
The individual should have result oriented attitude and highest level of communication as the projects involved frequent status updates to executive management.
Sr. Project Manager Mandatory Skills
- Result orientated, Goal driven, passionate, willing to go beyond

years of experience with Oracle
- 2
years of experience with Mainframe
- 2
years of experience with .NET
- 8-10 years of Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and PMLC process. Must have managed all phases of the project.
- Managing multiple small to medium size projects at the same time.
- PMP certification is MANDATORY.
- Infrastructure project management, incident and problem management experience will be a good addition
- Advance Microsoft project, PowerPoint and excel skills.
- MUST have a bachelor degree
- Experience in understanding the business case, ability to direct team to measure before and after project delivery, understanding of ROI, CBA.
- Exposure to Agile process to fast track the project.

Sr. Project Manager Job Details
The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and execution of multiple projects. Accountable for managing broad and highly complex teams and projects involving significant scope and complexity.
Key accountabilities are:
- Sets direction at an operational level, works autonomously in the management of the unit and collaborates with other business heads to establish and execute on common goals.
- Direct or manage large-scale applications, programs or projects across multiple product lines, involving significant scope and complexity. Ensures delivery of projects to the business partner, meeting the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.
- Perform a governing role for, ensuring that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training and hand off, warranty support, and closure meet promised schedules.
- Performs risk identification and mitigation activities, escalating unresolved issues to the Executive and / or Steering Committee where appropriate to secure their timely decisions/support.
- Manages the acquisition and deployment of resources, including budget, by working with the Project Managers to secure the resources required for the project.
- Ensures client satisfaction with the project process and project team by effective and timely communication including status reporting, continual risk/issue assessment/management and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise.
- The successful candidate will be required to work with and influence senior level leaders and partner with other IT Managers.
- Manage a team that consists of 30 - 100 people.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
