Seeking two plus years experience with Requires experience with the following or similar inspection systems equipment: Manual and Computer Controlled 3 Axis Coordinate Measuring Machines; Mechanical, Optical, Laser, and White Light Probes; 2D and 3D CNC Video Measuring Machines; Integrated Manufacturing Video Inspection Systems; Profile projectors and Metrology Software.
Ativities:
Oversee and troubleshoot in-process, incoming, and final inspection processes.
Administer inventory of lab supplies, maintenace of equipment and calibration.
Program Coordinate Measuring Machines and 2D and 3D CNC Video Measuring Machines.
Set up and validate first article inspections and instruct production staff.
Provide expert support to product and process engineer on quality and manufacturability issues.
Works closely with engineering to establish and maintain Statistical Process Controls.
Obtains clean room certifications from outside sources.
