Complete fixed asset form
Provide invoice support for valuation
Create tags for fixed assets
Tag fixed assets
2 years of accounting related courses
Typing, calculator (10-key touch), math aptitude and personal computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point - skills must be at intermediate level) are necessary.
Must demonstrate proficient data entry skills and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
High level of accuracy is required. Must be professional, courteous, detail oriented and very organized.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various departments and employees.
Excellent phone etiquette; Punctual
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Must be self-motivated.
