As a Website Manager, you will be responsible for the overall website experience. This includes, but is not limited to, user experience, content, functionality and design for Sunbelt Rentals and the Specialty Divisions represented on the website. You will collaborate with multiple departments and lead discussions on delivering robust and timely content in order to support the Sunbelt Rentals brand, drive revenue and ensure a quality user experience.
Website Manager responsibilities include:
Collaboratively work with the creative team on site design and maintain a continued focus on evolving the design to remain in a leadership position
Work with the IT department to implement Site updates and improvements in functionality
Plan and execute the integration of acquired company's websites into Sunbelt Rentals
Work closely with department heads and Specialty Division management to create effective web strategies and content plans aligned with business objectives
Use a content management system to execute Site updates/changes
Perform regular site audits to improve the Site and user experience
Analyze web traffic trends and customer feedback to drive improvements and optimize the user experience
Work closely with third party providers to develop SEO strategies and secure optimum search performance
Provide monthly performance reporting
Ensure the user experience translates to mobile versions
Effectively manage and deliver multiple projects at any given time
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Journalism, Information Management or related discipline, _preferred_
3-5
years experience managing, designing or maintaining websites with editorial, content management and publishing background
Experience with the design and functionality of web solutions on mobile devices
Experience developing micro/co-branding websites
Established experience with online advertising and marketing and a solid understanding of online advertising tools and techniques
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and project management skills
Self-starter who can work autonomously and across teams
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiar with CSS, HTML, XHTML
