The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Vice President of HR, Benefits team and Recruiter at the Avamere Family of Companies Corporate Office.

Responsibilities:
Process data for benefits enrollments and terminations.
Process various benefits reports and billing.
Prepare packets, forms and marketing material for the department.
Post, edit, and delete job ads for all Avamere positions.
Prepare reporting for Recruiting Manager.
Help prepare for Job Fairs and Recruitment hosted events.
Create Power Point slide shows and reports for VP of HR.
Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skillsets:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
OR High school degree or equivalent and 1-2 years office experience in an HR setting.
Customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong experience with Microsoft Office, data entry and databases.
Must be very detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Experience with UltiPro or other HRIS preferred.
Experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred but not required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
