Our retail client located in the Inland Empire in So. CA is looking for a Full Time OR Contract-to-Hire Process Program Manager to create a new function for the company as a business / IT bridge and liaison. Department is recently reorganized and a need is identified to develop formal process and program management standards, including SDLC, documentation, requirements gathering. Will ultimately have a staff of approximately 8-10 under his/her supervision.
