Job Description:
This role is focused on development, maintenance and production support related to data integration, systems and reporting solutions. Responsible for end to understanding of all core system technologies and data integrations supported within the IT underwriting solution team. This individual will carry primary responsibility for ensuring that the data needs/solutions for production, projects and new initiatives are met.
Key Competencies:
Experience with Database Development and or Administration skills (SQL Server, Oracle)
Familiarity with Window Administration
Experience with and strong ability to manage and coordinate complex integrations
Experienced developer in best practices of ETL development and implementations
Expertise in design/development (data modeling, ETL, end user tools, web portals)
Experience developing complex reports/Cubes/Dashboards using Cognos.
Expert SQL querying skills
Strong data analysis and BI skills; Development and or DBA experience
Experience with SaaS application support and configuration
Education and
Experience:
BA or BS degree in Systems, IT, Business Management, or related degree preferred; or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-8 years' experience with IT systems in the healthcare payer space.

years of ETL and BI development experience.
