work with core technology and marketing teams through full product development cycle (concept through release)
transistor-level design and product-level evaluation of mixed-signal ASIC component used in MEMs products (gyro, accelerometer)
demonstrated strength in core design competencies (definition, implementation, methodology)
Key Competencies
Demonstrated expertise in Mixed Signal Circuit Design
Strong understanding of CMOS circuits, specifically analog front-end and data converter technology
Ability to quickly develop strong system-level understanding, to determine how best to trade-off circuit topology and architecture selections within system constraints
skilled in use and dissemination of best practices, to include architecture development, design methodologies, design reviews, layout reviews
Product Development and Execution
Deliver breakthrough technology to aggressive schedules to advance MSTs competitive position while also working to enhance and evolve product development methodologies to deal with state of the art technology.
Qualifications
5
experience in a Design Engineering role, with Masters or PhD degree
Experience in highly integrated mixed signal circuit development on advanced CMOS technologies (0.18mm)
Strong communications skills
