Job Description
The ESC Programmer Analyst provides programming support for existing software enhancements to internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily will develop programming code for existing software enhancements.
Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
Develops conversion and system implementation plans; implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
Provides programming support for various interfaces.
Keeps customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
May complete project bids and/or work effort estimates. Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL, C# and .Net; or
A recent college graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Experience in WPF.
General knowledge of appropriate programming languages.
General knowledge of writing software code
Able to solve complex problems, experience with data/file manipulation.
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once.
General knowledge of the financial industry.
Good communication and customer interaction skills.
Working knowledge of applicable Change Management System.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
