Exciting opportunity for an entry level Account Executive / Recruiter to join PSI Resources' growing team. Candidate will be responsible for building client and candidate relationships in the Chicago area for our four divisions; Office Services, Accounting/Finance, Legal and Information Technology.
Develop and implement sales strategies by expanding current business and identifying new leads through high volume calls and in-person meetings.
Foster client relationships allowing for expansion of business into various company departments.
Ability to negotiate contract agreements and compensation.
Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates.
Full-cycle recruiting; source, recruit, interview and assess candidate?s competencies.
Complete all necessary pre-employment documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service and continuous follow up to maintain positive client and candidate relationships.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and overcome obstacles to achieve results.
Strong organizational skills.

Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications or Human Resources Required
