Scope
This position reports directly to the President and is responsible for providing the full range of HR support and partnership to the Hennessy business to create a world class organization and talent capability to meet strategic and annual business objectives. This includes development and implementation of programs and processes, recruitment, organizational development, succession planning, talent development, training, compensation and benefits administration, safety, health, communications, compliance and associate and labor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic HR priorities in support of the business strategy and annual business objectives for a multi-site manufacturing and commercial business
Lead all employee/labor relations initiatives ensuring balanced advocacy for the needs of the business and the needs of the associates
Responsible for attracting and retaining talent
Provide coaching support to senior leaders, managers and associates
Manage day to day employee and labor relations matters
Coach managers on professional development for associates
Lead Organization and Talent Assessment process
Manage salary planning, performance management and merit planning process
Facilitate and deliver training per the needs of the business
Ensure compliance with employment laws
Provide consulting regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes
Use Danaher Business System tools to streamline and enhance HR processes
Build and develop HR team that is responsive to the needs of the business and the associates
Lead union contract negotiation process
Manage relationship and communication with union leadership
Manage associate communication on policies, HR processes and programs
Ensure implementation of compensation and benefit programs

Background and Skill
Bachelor's Degree required with 10 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial or generalist HR role
3 years experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment is required
3-5 years experience managing people is required
Prior experience negotiating a union contract is required
Prior experience in organizational design, talent acquisition and talent management is highly desired
Ability to develop strong relationships with management team, employees and union representatives
Strong problem solving, communication and analytical skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
