Position overview
Challenging environment with the opportunity to work directly with Fab engineers and technicians to troubleshoot, repair and fabricate fab tool parts. In this role, you will design solutions to allow fab tools to operate safer, with better ergonomics, higher quality and throughput.
We are looking for a Machinist who is competent with Bridgeport vertical mill, Hardinge lathe, drill press and grinders. In this role, you will work with sheet metal using manual and hydraulic sheers, punches and brakes as well as weld and fabricate with PVC, CPVC, PVDF, and polypropylene.
Job requirements
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a High School diploma with 5 years of applicable experience. Qualified candidates will be proficient using calipers, micrometers, height gauges as well as be able to read blueprints. Strong written and verbal communication are required for this position.
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of AutoCAD, source and purchase parts, operate label machines and support locksmith activities.
