Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall provide technical and engineering services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems Department (Q) for efforts related to Sensor Systems in Acquisition, Research and Development, Systems Engineering, Warfare and Systems Analysis/Engineering, Computer Program Development/Modification, Hardware Development/Modification, Modeling and Simulation, Test and Evaluation Planning/Execution, Data Management/Analysis, Manufacturing Engineering, and Test Site/Equipment Support.
Participates in designing, developing, evaluating and modifying end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle. Participates in generating quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics. Assists in ensuring requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods. Assists in translating high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower level detailed implementation requirements. Participates in establishing and coordinating development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development. Assists in designing interfaces and bringing system elements together so they work as a whole. May participate in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts. May assist in translating high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and working with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower level detailed requirements. Assists in design review of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation. Assists in generating system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures. May review test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.
Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related work experience.
Five (5) years of experience in experimental research and systems engineering programs.
At a minimum, that there be four (4) years of specialized experience in radar system design, analysis, test, and performance evaluation

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
