A Union, NJ alarm company is looking for a Full-Time Entry-Level Account Retention Associate to develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention. Essential funtions include proactively contacting customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation due to a move or transfer, identifying new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation, initiating and following up with move-in and transfers with current and past customers to resolve problems, answering questions and correspondence, getting them to make recommendations to friends and family, explaining and selling services to promote customer retention, maintaining excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers' needs. Must exhibit a professional appearance and conduct to present a professional image to the customer. Local travel required.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior customer service experience in a sales or marketing environment. Light sales experience a plus.
Strong customer orientation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in team environment to manage the resolution of issues from inception.
Confident and enthusiastic.
Excellent compensation and benefits offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
