We are currently seeking a well-qualified Data Quality Analyst with extensive health data experience for a full time job opportunity close to Arlington, VA. For a strong candidate, there is a potential to be based in home location if the candidate is not from, or unable to relocate to, the Arlington Virginia area. The position offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in addition to the opportunity to gain experience in one of the largest health care networks in the country.
Required
Experience:
-MUST HAVE extensive experience with SQL and MS Office suite
-MUST HAVE experience with SQL Server 2012, SQL Server tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services) and SharePoint 2010
-MUST HAVE experience in the health care industry
-MUST be able to perform data profiling; measure data's conformance to data quality business rules; independently identify issues; and recommend, implement, and coordinate improvement activities.
-MUST have experience working with electronic health records (EHR)
-Prefer candidates with knowledge of Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA), DoD Composite Healthcare System (CHCS) or IHS Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) applications, data, and file structures

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
