The Financial Coordinator maintains databases, and coordinates and tracks activities and communications to ensure goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.

Expectations:
Responsible for the documenting and tracking of project deliverables by interfacing with program staff to ensure timely data entry for real time status reporting.
Works closely with the Program Lead to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Per management direction, the Financial Coordinator prepares status reports for as required.
Updates the job costing system and project databases.
Provides documentation and works closely with management to produce monthly milestones and time and expense billing.
Maintain professional, ethical, and company standards at all times.

Skills:
Experience in SAP software preferred.
Advanced computer skills with Excel, Access, Outlook etc.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational skills - ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
Critical thinker - ability to initiate and carry out change.
Proficient in working with high volume of data.
The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
Comfortable in self-directed environment.
The ability to read and interpret documents such as client specifications and requirements, procedure manuals, and reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
