Our client has directed us find them someone to become a full time employee at their Owings Mills, Maryland headquarters. The Senior Program Manager will report to the head of the Enterprise Program Management Office. The PM will lead large and complex cross-organization efforts, which may be Information Technology-centric or Business-centric in nature.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Candidates will have
Experience:
Leading and successfully delivering programs of a primarily technical nature. For example major systems development, infrastructure upgrades, conversions, etc. Candidates will also have experience delivering programs of a primarily business focus. For example work stream or business process reengineering.
Consulting - for example delivering consulting services to external clients at firms such as IBM, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.
In the financial services sector.
Working in an evolving/maturing PMO environment.
Mentoring others in the proper process and execution of duties in a mature PMO environment.
Leading Agile efforts.
(PMP preferred)
PERSONALITY PROFILE
Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they successfully negotiated client cultures where progress is achieved through collaboration and socialization vs. a driven mandate. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, interested in rolling up their sleeves and driving efforts to success.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
