Under direct supervision, learns the Company''s financial and accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures. Learns and prepares basic account reconciliations. Learns organizational structure of the Company. Prepares and posts journal vouchers which may include consolidations and eliminations. Researches and resolves basic accounting issues and transactions. Gathers financial information for report preparation. Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting and no previous accounting experience required. Candicates with undergraduate degrees in other disciplines must have a minimum of 18 hours of Accounting Knowledge of US GAAP and country-specific accounting principles is required. Job role is developmental and intended to expose incumbents to many aspects of accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
