Finance Planning Admin (Seasonal)

Nestle Waters North America (NWNA) is currently seeking applicants for a
Seasonal Finance/Planning Admin
to be located in our Poland Spring, Maine facility. This temporary role is needed beginning in June and ending in August.
This role pays 14.00 per hour. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Researching, validating, and approving carrier freight invoices
-Approving orders to ship early based product availability
-Confirming orders
-Maintaining KPI and operational review measures
-Other projects and administrative duties as needed
Key qualifications include:
-Diploma, continuing education preferred
-Logistics experience helpful, but not necessary
-Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team based environment
-Ability to interact with various internal contacts to manage the flow of work
-Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
-Must be able to successfully complete a post-offer pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
