Client is seeking an experience FileNet Analyst to provide technical skills to support the IBM FileNet P8 ECM Platform at one of our key clients. Ideal candidates will have previous work experience supporting the IBM FileNet P8 platform including: resolving issues with the vendor (IBM), providing application testing, implementing product upgrades & patches and providing FileNet application support in a production environment. The person chosen for this role will have outstanding customer service skills, a good understanding of change management and service management principals, and experience with test execution and defect resolution. The person selected will join an existing Content Management team providing enterprise support of the FileNet P8 software.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
