A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Worcester, MA .
Responsible for planning, reviewing, testing and validation of applications across several product areas.
Coordinate with BA and Business to make sure Test conditions are covered for Infrastructure projects (Outlook upgrade, Adobe upgrade etc).
Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies or defects
As part of overall test case planning and execution, interact with developers and end users to develop and execute test strategies
Create, edit and update test plans and test cases ensuring complete test coverage, full test documentation for all code to be tested
Validate test data and results
Document, escalate and follow up on defects per standard processes

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
