As a Business Assistant you will perform a variety of secretarial duties for a manager, requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. Essential job duties include:
Advanced knowledge of filing systems, maintain and update department files, records and publications
Perform copying, collating, binging, packaging, etc., and disseminate routine and other documents as requested by department personnel including mail/messenger/meeting preparations.
Draft correspondence, edit documents, and take and transcribe minutes of meetings as necessary
Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors, assist with incoming inquiries and resolve problems using knowledge of department policies and procedures
Circulate mail, records, publications, and order and maintain department''s office supplies
Serve as a liaison between managers and employees and schedule appointments and meetings
Research, compile and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations
Simple project coordination and assignments as requested
Domestic and international travel and expense reports
Generate requests for payment and code and enter data
Office professionalism required

Prefer 4 years clerical/secretarial experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary

Secretarial/business school training is desirable

Good working knowledge of office equipment

Good computer skills
Supply Chain/Logistics/ProcurementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
