Full time position.
Plans, organizes, develops and directs day-to-day functions for the Nursing Services of the Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, including personnel management, hiring, supervision and training of nurses. Ensures that residents and their families have an extraordinary experience while utilizing the facility''s services.
Responsible and accountable to assure that the policies, procedures and practices of the resident care services are consistent with the facility''s goals, policies and standard of care. Acts as a Medical Staff liaison. Assists the Administrator in developing, managing and implementing annual and long-range facility programs and procedures to assure that the optimal achievable quality care is rendered. Responsible for clinical audits, risk evaluation and coordination of corrective action implementation related to risk issues.
