Western's Upper Great Plains region power system encompasses generation stations, transmission facilities, and high voltage AC/DC transmission facilities. The incumbent is part of a team responsible for development and maintenance of the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), Automated Generation Control (AGC), and various other software systems in the Watertown Operations Office.
The incumbent works as part of the software development team. The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:
1. Perform database modifications and maintenance activities to ensure the SCADA/AGC models accurately represent the bulk electric system.
2. Create and modify the SCADA one-line drawings to accurately represent the bulk electric system model.
3. Perform model updates and maintenance tasks for the state estimator and advanced applications systems.
4. Perform model updates and maintenance tasks for the historian system.
5. Perform model updates and maintenance tasks for the ICCP system.
6. Refine and document standard work processes.
7. Create and maintain system backups for the SCADA/AGC and associated systems.
8. Provide customer support for advanced applications, historian, and ICCP 3rd party systems.
9. Perform regulatory compliance duties pertinent to the electric utility industry.
10. Compete other duties as assigned.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
