Job Description:
This is a contract-to-hire position located in our Atlanta, GA office.
The TEM Operations Coordinator works to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices on behalf of Caleros customers.
Ensure proper, timely, and accurate invoice processing for an assigned group of customers
Execute customer requirements for GL Coding and cost allocations
Review all pending invoices for assigned customers to determine whether such invoices are appropriate for payment in keeping with both Caleros and Customers requirements.
Identifies and files disputes with carriers on behalf of customers
Corresponds with customers and carriers related to invoice processing
Key Challenges of the Position
Ability to normalize data to perform analysis
Must be able to effectively communicate with vendors, partners, and customers to obtain required data to perform analysis
Understanding of a broad range of Telecom services to support analysis
## Experience and Skills:
BA/BS degree (finance, business, mathematics or IT preferred), or the equivalent combination education and experience.
