Air Defense Artillery Individual Task Analyst- FCoE

Development of Individual Task Analysis Report (ITAR) for Air Defense and Field Artillery Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) and Areas of Concentration (AOC) at the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill (USAFCOEFS). As the Air Defense Artillery Individual Task Analyst, conduct an Individual Task analysis by developing initial task performance specifications to include: Drafting the condition, performance standard, and performance measures; Verifying the performance steps; Listing special conditions; Listing required military and civilian references; Listing all the environmental factors and considerations associated with the performance step, and Listing of performance measures and establishment linkage with task performance steps. Identify the required major equipment/end items/ materials by nomenclature (Title), National Stock Number (NSN) and Line Item Number. Utilize all safety factors, hazards, and considerations associated with the performance step, to include hazardous communication program considerations, supported individual and collective tasks, and supporting individual tasks. Maintain current individual critical task analysis records/data in the Training Development Capability (TDC) database, to include all collective, prerequisite, supported, and supporting task linkages. ITARs shall be developed in accordance with the current TRADOC mandated format and delivered in electronic format.
Inventory and review current Air Defense Artillery on the Critical Task Lists. Report all obsolete or redundant tasks and furnish an inventory of all new tasks required. Conduct individual task analysis for each skill level of Air Defense Artillery MOSs (14E, 14G, 14H, 14S and 14T). Conduct all research and analysis of assigned MOSs based on current approved critical task lists (CTLs).
Required:
2 - 3 years at skill level 4 in 14E, 14G or 14H MOS
(or 14S, 14J, 140A or 140E -- with demonstrated experience related to 14H, 14G or 14H MOS)
Proven knowledge of training development and Training Doctrine Command Regulation 350-70
Familiarity with TR 350-70, TRADOC Pam 350-70-1 and 350-70-6
Working knowledge and proficiency in the Training Development Capabilities (TDC)
All applicants must be able to obtain a United States Passport
Applicant will be subject to Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Preferred:
Training Development Capability (TDC) certification preferred
Achieved the rank of E-7 or above
Master Gunner qualification for 14E MOS
Systems Approach to Training Basic Course (SATBC) preferred
