We are a progressive, not for profit organization who supports people with disabilities throughout Eastern PA and we are hiring!
You will be supporting individuals with disabilities in their own homes and communities. Services include direct support in the form of community involvement and/or accommodation with all activities of daily living including personal care, communication, transportation and inclusive social and recreational activities.
This is a very rewarding position, perfect for someone with a keen interest in special education, psychology, sociology, social work and related fields.
No experience necessary, as we will fully train. The only pre-requisite is having compassion and wanting to make a difference in someone's life!
Schedule is flexible, and college students of graduate and undergraduate levels are encouraged to apply-- we will work around your schedule as much as possible!

Requirements: (Candidates must)
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license/safe driving record
Access to a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening (state and federal criminal check and child abuse history report)
