Individual for home/lawn/garden maintenance and improvement projects

I am looking for an trustworthy and self-starting individual to serve as a general maintance/improvement person at a private home on a long-term basis. In addition to taking care of the lawn and landscaping, the job will also include a number of other interior and exterior projects such as gutter cleaning, painting, staining, light carpentry, garage cleaning/organization, etc. Hours will likely range from 5-20 hours per week depending on the season and items that need completion. Hourly pay rate will reflect capabilities and experience of the individual.
