Project Manager- Web Services
Start: June 9th
Duration: 6 months+
Work location: Falmouth, ME or Mt Laurel, NJ
Software development experience is a key for this position.
Manager would consider strong business systems analysts and Sr developers who have transitioned towards project Management.
Summary:
PM would be responsible for managing several projects (small to medium)
This person must have a solid understand of overall technology deployment processes (requirements definition, planning, design, development, testing. Etc.)
Experience with Shared Web services is a definite asset

SDLC/PMLC 4 yrs
MS Project 3 yrs
Excel 4 yrs
Powerpoint 4 yrs
Project Methodology Tools 3yrs
Visio 4 yrs
Full life cycle development 4 yrs
NICE TO HAVE
Software development project experience

Manage day to day project activities of small to medium complexity or units/phases of a larger complex project
Plan, execute, control and close out project against defined scope and budget.
Utilize accepted standards and procedures. Maintain team relationships and development.
Manage stakeholder expectations. Manage risk and ensure compliance.
Key accountabilities are:
Manage the day to day development and support activities.
Creation of detailed project plans as required including delivery of the applicable SDLC and PMLC documents.
Work with the delivery and support teams to deliver solutions to the business partner and meet the approved scope/cost/schedule/quality for the project.
Provide effective and timely communications to the business partner, key stakeholders and the project team.
Status reporting, project change control, continual risk/issue assessment/ management, and escalation/resolution are essential.
Collaborate with the management team to manage the overall project portfolio and challenges facing the team and participate in the development of strategy to address gaps.
SKILLS:
Full life cycle development experience.
Experience with proven project methodology tools.
Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
