Shall evangelize quality and lean initiatives for brake systems and components manufacturer.
Functions:
Advocate for quality and lean continuous improvement initiatives throughout facilities with all levels of personnel.
Validate product quality for product programs.
Perform product problem analysis.
Support proper component development and continuous improvement.
Act as primary quality contact for all suppliers and customers.
Participate in new product evaluations during customer prototype reviews, new model reviews and pre-production trials.
Track and analyze data.
Develop and perform internal and supplier quality audits.
Develop and implement containment activities and corrective action countermeasures.
