We are currently looking for a dynamic individual with 3
years of experience in Property Management; a CAM Designation is a PLUS! Candidate must possess the following: knowledge of financial reports, leasing/renewals, Fair Housing Laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office programs, proficient in problem solving and multi-tasking, highly motivated with a positive attitude. Previous experience with these tasks is a definite must.
The position is full-time, working primarily M-F (weekends may be required for resident functions, etc.). We are offering a generous benefit package including PTO days, paid holidays, medical/dental/life insurance, 401K Plan, bonuses and annual trips based on exceptional team performance.
