The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous optical experience
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to present and sell eyeglasses, features, and specialty lenses
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to use optical knowledge
Accurately transcribe words and numbers
Adhering to and promoting all host office policies, procedures, and regulations
Responsibilities:
Assist in dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses to patients
Meet and/or exceed pre-established Company goals
Correctly operate equipment necessary to adjust eyewear
Coordinate the delivery to eyewear products to customers according to Company guidelines
Listen and respond immediately with an appropriate level of concern to all patient issues.
Analyze, solve, and correct customer service issues
Check status and notify patients when orders are delayedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
