Location Bedford, NH
Description VHB is seeking an entry level Highway Engineer to join our Bedford, New Hampshire office. This position includes working on design projects throughout northern New England.
Responsibilities:
oHighway design
oDrainage design
oTraffic Control Development
oRight-Of-Way Plans and Plats
oPreliminary and Final Design Plans
oContract Documents including Specifications
oEngineer s Estimates
Skills and Abilities:
oExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
oComfortable with working independently as well as on a team
oDetail oriented
Qualifications:
oBS in Civil Engineering 0 to 2 years of experience
oMicroStation experience a plus
oAutocadd experience a plus
oInRoads Experience a plus
oEIT preferred
oHydroCAD experience is a plus
oFamiliarity with NHDOT/VTrans/MaineDOT Project Development a plus
