Seek opportunities to create memories by anticipating guests'' needs and responding in a professional and timely manner. Assist guests by making reservations and/or arrangements for various events, activities, and needs. Direct and/or escort guests throughout the property. Remain informed about all property and area events in order to be of service to guests. Assist with various marketing-related duties such as newsletters and mailings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Three (3) years of experience as a Concierge required. Must have outstanding guest service skills. Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of a normal shift. Other physical requirements of this position include but are not limited to sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping. May be exposed to environmental factors such as second-hand smoke and excessive noise. Shift assignments may be irregular covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays. must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
