We provide engineering services to clients in the food & beverage, pulp & paper, pharmaceutical, chemical and other consumer-related products industries.
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our Alexandria, LA office. As a member of a multi-disciplined engineering team, this resource will function in and hands-on role providing technical skills on multiple projects. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in industrial engineering project execution and a strong working knowledge of manufacturing and process plant environments. Field work required.
Qualifications:
BSME or related degree required
Project Management experience
Process and material handling background
Previous manufacturing plant experience
Bulk unloading, loss/weight feeders
Dry chemical, powder or granules experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Salaried position
benefits packageEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
