Position Summary
Evaluates programs and feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the University's teacher education programs utilizing data to assess and monitor the institution's effectiveness in achieving its mission related to assessment, performance improvement, and meeting accreditation standards. Responsible for coordination and reporting compliance to all assessment and accreditation processes necessary to maintain the integrity of the teacher education and related programs as these align with state requirements and national accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree.
One year of experience in PK-16 education.
Experience with assessment within K-12 and/or university level.
Knowledgeable in teacher education accreditation process.
Experience in data gathering, analysis and dissemination and demonstrated ability to handle large scale projects.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, data base applications, email, Internet and survey tools.
Excellent organization skills.
Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and project a positive image.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree, preferably in education.
Experience in higher education.
Knowledgeable in the use of SAP.
Knowledgeable of the accreditation process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Decision making in all aspects of national accreditation including, assessment, evaluation, and implementation of major projects, development and communication of policies and procedures related to university-wide undergraduate and graduate teacher education.
Implements a variety of data generation, gathering, organizing, maintaining, and analytic activities for undergraduate and graduate teacher education programs and candidates.
Organizes multi-functional staff for development, coordination, production and submission of reports to the university, state and federal agencies related to undergraduate and graduate teacher education programs and candidates.
Coordinates large and complex projects requiring determination of appropriate data, financial analysis and narrative content from multiple data sources, units, and departments across the university.
Works collaboratively with the university-wide teacher education program faculty to ensure meaningful and relevant assessment practices related to initial certification.
Contributes to definition, development and information about assessment procedures and products for university-wide undergraduate and graduate teacher education programs.
Serves as a representative of CMU Teacher and Professional Education Programs at the university, state, and national level as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
