We are conducting a targeted search for an IT Project Manager ( Digital, App Development background) to work for our Financial Institution client in Charlotte, NC

Length of W-2 Contract Assignment: 6
month initial, renewable assignment
Pay Rate: $60.00/Hour W-2 (Straight W-2, no relocation assistance or expense reimbursement, no benefits)
Corp-Corp Rate: No Corp-Corp, No Third Party, Client does not support H1B or EAD
Work Authorization Required: US Citizen, Green Card Holder, those Authorized to work in the US

Required Technical Skills:
Technically Strong and experienced Project Manager (Digital and Web App Development Projects)
Deep understanding of Service Layer concepts, Enterprise Requirement Documents
Able to access and run queries in Oracle and SQL
Background in Application Development and/or Database Development preferred
Review, Analyze and Query Architects, Tech Leads and Developers to keep high quality product development
Technically skilled to correct design issues or at least able recognize them in order to work with the Development team
Have good understanding of SDLC/SDM and core project management methodologies

Required Professional/Business Skills:
Tactful in ensuring team member accountability and technical accuracy
Effective and Tactful at influencing key design decisions
Serve as a champion for the Client
Liaison between the Client and internal technical resources on the project team

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
