PROJECT Overview:
The MCIOC provides operational support to Marine Forces (MARFOR) and to the Marine Corps and Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) and provides IO subject matter expertise in support of USMC IO advocates and proponents; enabling effective integration of IO into Marine Corps operations. The MCIOC is comprised of 150-170 full-time active duty Marines, Government Civilian and support personnel functioning as a centralized repository to provide the Commanders with focused IO planning and the ability to integrate full spectrum IO into all MAGTF operations. JOB DESCRIPTION AND
Responsibilities:
Assist Task Lead with and monitor expenditure of budgeted funds through staff coordination and examination of accounting records; prepare budget briefings and reports as required
Forecast and recommend funding allocations based on analysis of program budget estimates, historical expenditures, projected workload, and approved funding
Interpret program and dollar guidance received from PP&O
Coordinate and respond to resource/funding/programmatic changes; and evaluate the effect of cost and program changes on the MCIOC budget execution process
Assist in formulation and justification of the MCIOC POM submission; prepare draft budget inputs; and draft justification memorandum for additional funding requirements as required
Assists with the preparation of regular and special budget reports, financial audits and tri-annual review, and monitor year-end closing
Analyze budget estimates and supporting data and provide recommendations to assure compliance with regulatory and legal limitations and restrictions
REQUIRED SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience budget analysis
Possess a current TS/SCI security clearance.
Possess a valid U.S. Passport with no restrictions to foreign or domestic travel
Standard Accounting Reporting and Budgetary Systems (SABRS)
SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
