Your daily responsibilities include:
Provide direct supervision to the Hotel Front Office and RV Park cast members. To include but not limited to the hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, counseling and terminating of hotel cast members. Maintains and submits accurate payroll records. Informs Director of Resort Operations on the status of operations on a daily basis.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the smooth operation of the Hollywood Casino''s Hotel Front Desk, RV Park, Bell Services and Marina.
2. Informs the Director of Resort Operations of the status of operations on a daily basis.
3. Controls payroll through efficient scheduling of staff, while maintaining guest satisfaction.
4. Directly supervises the Hollywood Hotel Front Desk, Bell Services and RV Park area.
5. Responsible for the hiring, scheduling, counseling, training, evaluating and terminating of Front Office cast members.
6. Responsible for maintaining highest occupancy levels by working closely with Sales Manager and Call Center Supervisor regarding group bookings and convention sales. Blocks rooms for groups and specific suite requests as business dictates.
7. Maintains all master and direct bill accounts to insure timely billing.
8. Insures all rooms are properly coded. Verifies incoming reservations and room blocks previously set for occupancy on day of arrival.
9. Maintains and works inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue on the day of arrival. Informs Director of Resort Operations of any drop in inventory.
10. Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
11. Additional duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Bachelor''s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
