Nephrology Practice RN
POSITION
Summary:
The Nephrology Practice Nurse facilitates the care of outpatients with chronic renal failure, renal transplants, and end stage renal disease/dialysis patients. The practice nurse assists the physicians and advanced practice providers with rounds on hospitalized patients and clinic visits. Takes pages from the chronic dialysis units to assist with direction of care. Works collaboratively with nephrology physicians, case coordinators, and other disciplines to establish and adjust the patient plan of , supports and monitors individualized patient care per defined protocols as established by nephrology physicians. Nephrology/Dialysis/Renal Transplant experience is preferred.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as an RN in the State of Minnesota.
BLS certification is required.
Valid MN Driver''s license required.
Minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
Two to three years of dialysis experience and/or critical care experience preferred.
Demonstrated skills of organizational management, leadership, communication and clinical expertise.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
