Our Information Services department is looking to hire a talented and bright Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing global account access across Aspen systems. This position supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and access groups. This person will also have responsibility for creating and maintaining
policy and procedures and related documentation for all business applications.
This role interacts with global users, is based in our Burlington, MA office and reports into the Supervisor, Technical Support.
Primary responsibility to process application access account requests
Follow documented approval process each access request.
Lead account administration and troubleshooting for applications systems
Process new hire and termination account access activities
Creation and maintenance of policies and procedures and related documentation
Lead periodic and account access audits
Responsibility for maintaining and providing account access and approval evidence to auditors
Monitoring and reassigning trouble tickets to the appropriate service line representative.
Some daily system monitoring, verifying availability of hardware, resources, systems, business applications, logs, verify completion of scheduled jobs and log incident reports
May be asked to provide general personal computer trouble-shooting and desktop support
Research and recommend innovation opportunities, and where possible automate approaches for system access management and other administration tasks.
Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.
After hours support on a rotational basis to support our 24x7 operation.
Bachelor's degree highly desirable. 2 years' experience
Passion for technology and customer service!
Oracle experience is a plus!

Ability to quickly learn company''s internal software applications in order to support end users

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
