Use your Sharp Business Skills to assist in end-to-end business process activities by creating, reviewing, controlling and improving processes. You will lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. Responsibilities include quality reporting, analysis, audits, developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using a variety of applicable tools.
Prescription Drug List (PDL) implementation with programs and associated systems and processes that are implemented and managed by a third party pharmacy benefit administrator (PBA). Applies knowledge of implementation process and PBM operations to create analytics to assess financial and clinical impact of various PDL and Clinical Programs. Engages with various groups within the organization to track issues and drive solutions.Oversees the operational implementation and ongoing operational maintenance of UHCP
Major
Responsibilities:
PDL Operations and Program Analytics
Research potential operational issues, including data analytics, in order to provide comprehensive background on claims processing concerns
Analyze and validate performance of strategic initiatives using various data sources and systems.
Develop analytics and reports to evaluate impact of business strategies on financial and utilization metrics
Work with business leads to organize/write requirements for program needs
Work with business leads to prioritize issues for resolution
Package reports for distribution in a concise, yet meaningful manner
PDL Program Implementation
Manage, lead and direct assigned core service and operational activities associated with PDL implementations.
Provide project management, direction, and oversight of operational, business process, and/or technical projects.
Utilize and leverage electronic tools: MS office suite, Webex to support clear and effective documentation, presentation and communication of relevant project and service
information.
Facilitate, coordinate, and drive issue resolution related to PDL implementations.
Interfacing with clinical pharmacists and PDL analysts to ensure accuracy for PDL implementations
Requirements Strong working knowledge of managed care operations or health care operations or pharmacy operations
Experience using Excel/Access to perform formal and adhoc data analytics
Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, Visio, and Sharepoint

years of Project Management experience required

years of experience tracking and planning project and ensuring accountability on deliverables required for implementation
Highly motivated to seek data-driven answers
Strong analytic skills, detail orientation skills, time management skills, and organization skills
Ability to communicate methodologies used and resulting estimates to technical and non-technical audiences
Adaptable to a changing environment
Master's degree preferred
