LDC sensing technology is an exciting product family that is expanding to provide sensing solutions for customer needs in automotive, consumer, and industrial systems. We are looking for someone to build and grow the LDC applications team to create innovative, new products that solve our customers' toughest problems. We are looking for a leader, not just a manager.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and build a team of experienced applications engineers
- Dynamically resource projects effectively and efficiently - put the right people on the right projects
- Create and put in place processes to help your team succeed
- Create and monitor individual development plans
- Find and hire the best people
Manage the LDC applications team
- Track and forecast applications group spend, travel, and training
- Represent the LDC applications team outside the product line and outside TI
- Manage and communicate team priorities
- Track team progress on priority projects
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Contribute as a technical member of the LDC team
- Identify customer problems and propose, define, and validate solutions
- Work directly with customers and the field to drive design wins and develop & maintain key customer relationships
- Support training for internal and external customers
- Work with marketing, systems, design, and other technical teams on product definitions and roadmaps
Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years technical experience with analog signal path circuits
- Customer engagement/support experience
- Experience with ADCs, DACs, operational amplifiers, and other signal path building blocks
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Strong background in analog signal conditioning fundamentals, circuit analysis, and error budget analysis
- Expertise with common engineering equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, VNAs, and signal analyzers
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success managing an applications, systems, or other technical team
- MSEE or PhD
- Familiarity with magnetic field generation and interactions, including EMI evaluation
- Experience in systems applications
- Schematic design and PCB layout in Altium
- Experience with design, simulation and analysis tools at the component and system level
- Firmware development in C and/or assembly for microcontrollers, including MSP430, ARM, and C2000
- Software generation in Labview, VISA, VB, C, Perl or other PC level languages, including lab automation

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
