Administrative Assistant - Sr Level 12 month contract $18-23/hr Rogers, AR
Qualifications:
High school education required More than 4 years experience as an administrative assistant Ability to exercise independent judgment, employ basic reasoning skills Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner Demonstrates strong organizational skills Ability and willingness to learn new systems (i.e. travel, procurement, Sharepoint, etc) Ability to communicate effectively to various levels of the organization Proficielt in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Responsibilities:
Administrative support to VP and 3 direct reports. Activities will include: Office Management: Office supplies, snacks/soda/beer procurement, scheduling of guests, visitors, management of office lunches, team building activities, mail etc New member on-boarding/set-up: Maintain new employee handbook, set up on-boarding sessions Travel: Travel arrangements for the VP, changes for 3 others Expenses: Expense reports for 4 people Charity/community: Manage all charity donations, forms, etc Reports / Other: Assist team by running basic reports, manage/develop team website on Sharepoint, some filing of paperwork, administrative support Projects and internal programs: Organize and coordinate large and small team meetings, customer meetings Administer programs, projects or other processes as necessary Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
