Responsibilities:
Maintain and exhibit a solid knowledge and understand of all food products and is able to skillfully apply culinary and cooking techniques.
Must utilize proper serving procedures.
Implements menu and policies and procedures ensuring a consistent and successful kitchen operation.
Trains and supervises associates in the proper preparation of menu items and operation of equipment.
Qualifications:
Must have culinary experience, including saut and grille, versatile in preparing both hot and cold items.
Country club experience preferred
Culinary degree a plus
Candidates must be Member service oriented, and a team player with a willingness to learn
Ability to communicate and follow instruction in English is required
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidaysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
