AHS is currently seeking a candidate for a Part Time Front End Rep position for Clark Multicare in Clark, NJ. High School Diploma required. Prior administrative experience in a physician practice or related environment required. Computer literacy a must. Ability to type essential. Knowledge of Horizon Practice Plus scheduling and billing system a plus. Must be able to work varied hours depending on schedule. Selected candidate will schedule/cancel patient appointments, manage phones, collect all demographic information from the patient at time of service, greet patients, handle mail, obtain current insurance information and verify all information is correct in billing and scheduling system, collect and post co-payments, prepare new charts, handle attorney correspondence regarding patient records and other administrative tasks pertinent to a physician practice.
