Implement operational product launch strategies and providing market analysis to assist divisional and corporate marketing plans and strategic planning.
Create market specifications and give continuous feedback to company Research and Development organizations worldwide supporting headquarters in developing global strategic plans.
Establish relationships with key thought leaders in the field developing centers of excellence and champions around the US and maintaining relationships with sales representatives and management.
- Develop downstream sales tools to support sales execution and implement launch strategies develop training and marketing materials as well as manage tradeshow planning and execution.
- Maintain product forecasting and inventory analysis to optimize supply chain and develop product positioning and pricing strategies.
- A college degree preferably an MBA is required.
Previous experience in the medical device industry and experience in product marketing management along with strong verbal and written communication skills are also necessary. Sales experience is a plus. - At least 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience successfully launching and managing products as well as some tenure with strategic upstream marketing activities and planning.
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree preferably an MBA
