Description
Operations and Maintenance Manager for Delphi E&S Kokomo Morgan Street Operations will lead our operations and maintenance teams in Safety, Quality, Volume, Cost, and Delphi Manufacturing System daily.
Drive continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Lean Manufacturing practices, and World Class Operations & Maintenance metrics.
Responsible for all Operations & Maintenance employees.
Responsible for all Production & Facility equipment supporting manufacturing - predictive - prevented -Operating Efficiency
Direct and coordinate daily production and maintenance including staffing, material and information flow, and production equipment and facility maintenance
Position Requirements Required:
o Bachelor of Science Degree - Management or 5 years'' experience in Operations or Maintenance Management.
o Good oral & written communications skills
o Ability to work any shift
o Proficiency in the PC''s, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
o Operations & Labor Relations experience
Preferred:
o Good organizational skills
o Willingness and ambition to work under pressure, meet schedules, and maintain high level of output
Educational Requirements BS Management or Equivalent
