Dosage Forms Manager

Responsible for management of all dosage forms manufacturing areas in the Whippany facility, including: Pilot Plant, Solids, Liquids, Semi-solids and Chemical manufacturing.
Works with dosage forms department supervision to ensure the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the respective departments.
Interacts with site counterparts and department directors on a daily basis.
Ensures the areas of responsibility are appropriately staffed in order to achieve month delivery goals.
Works with Production Planning and Client Services to ensure client needs are met.
BS Degree preferred but not required
Minimum 7 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with deadline and time frame
