As an Assistant Store Manager at our Brighton Flagship Factory Outlet Store, you will supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the store. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store and overseeing security measures. You will hire and schedule staff. You will train the staff on standards of selling, proper fit and superior customer service. You will evaluate, recommend, and implement activities to improve customer service and store performance. In this role, you will maintain an awareness of sales figures, cash tallies, and stock records. You will organize promotions within the store and develop goals for Department Leads and Sales Associates in order to achieve sales results. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will research and resolve customer complaints. You will recommend cost savings measures and assist the Store Manager with monitoring budgeted expenses.
You're a seasoned retail professional with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude. You're entrepreneurial, energetic, well organized and love the challenges that come with developing talent, making operations more efficient, and engaging customers within your community. You love learning and also have a:
High volume or big box retail experience preferred
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years with a specialty brand
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including inventory software
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
